Project description
The project plans to reinforce the foundation with micropiles in order to transmit loads to the compact substrate 3 m deep. Piles are placed on two rows, on which foundation beams lay. They are linked together and inserted under the foundations of the curtain wall. The piles near the wall work on tension and compression.
The new foundations are made up of concrete beams cm 50x70. The brackets are placed at distance around m 1,70 and inserted inside the existing ones to a depth of around ml 0.80. Piles consist of drilling the ground to a depth of around 8,50I, inserting concrete steel made up of tubes with diameter mm 114 and mm 8 wide, injecting a cement mixture of a volume equal to the cast with diameter 24 cm.
